Cedar Lake Village will host a Pet Adoption Day June 8 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Volunteers from KidsTLC in Olathe will be participating in a puppy wash. Local shelters, including TARA will be in attendance with pets available for adoption. The first 50 guests will receive a free leash!
Cedar Lake Village is a pet-friendly senior community for residents ages 55+. CLV offers senior living villas, apartments and assisted living.

Tails on the Trails

Tails on the Trails is a pet festival that includes dog swims, pet related vendors, educational demonstrations and pet show. So bring your pet, come have some fun and maybe find a new friend in one of TARA's adoptable dogs!
Dog swims are $5 per dog per session (pre-registered), and $8 per dog per session the day of the event. Registration may be completed in person at the Lenexa Community Center or online. Dog owners must show proof of current license and vaccination at the event.
